Reiki - 1 hr - $85
Intuitive and Spiritual Development – 1 hr - $85
Learn to quiet the mind and regulate the body in order to hear the gentle whispers of intuition and messages from Divine Source. Sessions will be personalized to your specific goals and might include breath work, sound, meditation, manifestation, energy work, crystals, oracle cards, and more.
Somatic Healing – 1 hr - $100
Somatic healing is a profound modality that recognizes the intricate connection between mind and body. Through somatic practices, we can peel back the layers of tension, pain, and disconnection that have accumulated over a lifetime to reprogram the nervous system to move out of the survival patterns of the past and into healthy patterns in the present. Your healing will meet you right where you are and will be mindful of where you want to go, supporting you as you move forward with purpose, peace, and power. Sessions may include breath awareness, body scans, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, somatic touch, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, somatic movement, and more.
Mindfulness Coaching – 1 hr - $100
Learn to inhabit and befriend the generous present moment where all things are possible. Release attachments and emotional blockages that are keeping you from the miraculous and loving NOW and experience a world of synchronicities, Divine energy, and a deep self awareness.
Stress, Anxiety, & Emotional Regulation Coaching – 1 hr - $100
Learn to reduce the depleting emotions of stress and anxiety and replace them with the renewing emotions that you want to feel. We will use techniques such as breath work, meditation, and mindfulness to achieve the physiological state of coherence, where our heart and mind are working in energetic harmony to promote peace, creativity, mental clarity, presence, and focus.
