"It was a wonderful experience with Christina. First she greeted me with just kind open energy. We sat down and talked for a while. She took the time to get to know my story. To get to know what I wanted out of our session. After a long talk we started with me laying down. She gently guided me into a deep, deep meditative state where I was able to fall back in time. I was able to feel past pains of other family members. I was able to get down to the deep root of some of my generational pains that I have been carrying. We did a body scan where I realized I have been holding alot of pain in my hips from generational and current life traumas. I since then have been able to work through these pains and understand them. Also might I add I felt release in my hips from carrying trauma. It was a true delight to get to spend this time with Christina. Her gentle energy made me comfortable during the whole process. This experience was deep yet gentle. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into my first QHHT session, however, having Christina as my guide made it an incredible experience. My QHHT session was definitely an experience. I didn’t go into it with any expectations of how it should look and feel and that definitely helped to keep me open to what came through. It was great, to be honest. I felt the exact moment I switched to my Higher Self. The words flowing from my mouth weren’t spoken by me but they were mine and feeling that was so strange but in such a good way. Christina did an amazing job with getting me to that state.
